Cash on delivery:

You will pay for the shipment in cash or by card upon receipt of the goods directly to the carrier, courier or at a post office, or the zasilkovna.
You will always see the cash on delivery price in the basket, depending on which service you choose. For example, Česká pošta currently charges an additional CZK 30 for cash on delivery.

Card online:

The simplest and most reliable payment always leads through the GoPay payment portal, where you can pay by credit card (eg. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro ...). This is the most convenient, safest and most easily traceable for us, ie. also the In addition to the card number, you also enter the date of its validity and the

CVC code on the back into the payment gateway interface. You don't need anything else. Once you've verified your payment at your bank, you'll see information about the payment. And that's all.

Bank transfer:

You can also easily pay by bank transfer. Always make the payment in your currency, ie. if you are ordering from the Czech Republic, you will pay in crowns, you will pay in Slovakia in € to our € account. In the case of payments from other foreign countries, check with your bank to see if they will charge additional fees for payments abroad! Please note that we do not ship the goods until the payment has been credited to our account. For this reason, it is necessary to take into account a longer delivery time when paying by bank transfer.

If the payment is not credited to the seller's account within 7 days at the latest, you will be notified of this fact. If the payment is not paid even after our notice and the customer does not respond to the request, the order will be canceled.

Other payment options via GoPay:

As a modern company, we offer you the following additional payment options thanks to the GoPay payment portal:

  • GO PAY account
  • M-PAYMENT (payment service of your telephone operator T-MOBILE, VODAFONE or O2)
  • BITCOIN (možnost platby kryptoměnou bitcoin)

How do I choose to pay with one of these options? It is easy! When paying, select the Go Pay payment gateway option and click on other options. Choose the type of payment you prefer from the menu and follow the instructions.

Upon personal collection:

The goods can be picked up at any time in person, but always only by prior arrangement! It is not a problem to send the payment by bank transfer and as soon as we receive the payment, we will inform you that you can pick up the goods. We accept cash only in Czech currency. It is not possible to pay by credit card at the establishment!

You will always find out the price for transport in the basket after inserting the goods and selecting transport. Price starts at 70 CZK.

If you are from Havířov and the surrounding area, you can pick up the shipment from us in person!

  • If you fill in the phone or email, you will be continuously informed about the status of the shipment.
  • If the courier does not reach you at home, your shipment automatically stays in the post office for 7 days (extendable).
  • The shipment is often delivered on the second working day.


  • Delivery of the consignment directly into the hands of the addressee to the specified address, often the next working day after it is sent from our eshop.
  • Collection of the consignment in the Balíkovna network with faster check-in and the possibility of payment by card.

    • Delivery of the consignment to the selected post office the next working day after its sending from our e-shop.

  • It may happen that the delivery person does not respond to the mailbox with a request for collection, however, thanks to a notification in an email or SMS, you will be informed of the unsuccessful attempt.

Personal collection

You can pick up the shipment at our office in Havířov
We are open every working day from 8:00 to 15:30.


Delivery time depends not only on the carrier you choose, but also on the product. If you order goods that are in stock, we send or prepare them for collection on the same day as we receive the order and payment from you. However, if you want an original custom product, for example, we will always wait for the approval of the preview, which we will send to you for approval immediately.

You can always find the exact delivery time for the given product under the ADD TO CART button, or we will inform you about the exact date by email.

So it is very simple to say that you will receive your order from 2 to 14 working days. In rare cases, there may be a delay, because, for example, the material you selected will not be in stock even with our suppliers. In such a case, we will inform you and either agree on other currently available material, or we will inform you of the real delivery date of the shipment.
